Conditions of our wine tastings
- In order to guarantee the safety and quality of the service, wine tasting visits in Valencia will always take place at El Celler de PROAVA by appointment and within the established timetable.
- Book at least 3 days in advance. This way we guarantee you the best quality artisan product possible.
- The wine experience at the Celler consists of a guided tour and commented tastings/pairings and, therefore, groups should adhere to the normal course of the visit. We will give 5 minutes of courtesy before starting the experience, in case of delay you will have to join the tour already started.
- The Celler is located in the center of the capital of Valencia, C/Baja nº29. Once at this point, we recommend entering the interior square ‘Centenar de la Ploma’, as the visit will begin under the stone arch.
- We would like to remind you that the Carmen neighborhood is not accessible by car, so we recommend you to get to the Celler on foot or by taxi.
- In case of cancellation or reduction of the group, the full amount of the booked wine experience will only be refunded if the group is informed at least 48 hours in advance.
