The Cellerer Experience is a sensory journey that fuses the history, culture and gastronomy of Valencia in an authentic environment full of history: El Celler de PROAVA, the oldest winery in Valencia.
During the visit, you will have the opportunity to enjoy an exclusive tasting of three emblematic wines of the Comunitat Valenciana. Each carefully selected wine represents the diversity and quality of the region.
To complement the wines, a classic aperitif including potatoes and peppers is offered. However, the real pleasure lies in the pairing with a selection of local cheeses, cured meats and salted meats. These products are carefully chosen to accompany each wine and to perfect its flavour.
